It turns out that although all three products have shown successful results in helping others lose weight, only Proactol has solid clinical trial and accreditation backing. The Acai Berry product has been featured on Oprah and CBS, but doesn’t seem to have solid medical backing to warrent purchase. Appesat has had less press and media attention, and we couldn’t find any medical accreditation to back up the claims.

Proactol therefore  looks like the stronger choice, at least until we can get more information regarding the clinical trials of Acai Berry and Appesat to verify their claims, and back up the safety of these.
